Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and booking luxury cruise packages for our clients. This is a full-time, remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and recommend the best cruise packages for clients based on their preferences and budget

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their travel needs and provide exceptional customer service

- Build and maintain relationships with cruise lines and suppliers to negotiate the best rates and amenities for our clients

- Stay up-to-date on the latest cruise trends, promotions, and itineraries

- Process payments and manage bookings through our travel booking system

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel consultant, preferably with a focus on cruises

- Extensive knowledge of the cruise industry, including different cruise lines, ships, and destinations

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office

- Passion for travel and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for clients

- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate clients' needs

Location:

This is a remote position, but the company is based in Miami, FL. Candidates must be located in the United States.
