About the Opportunity

Pearls & Stars Exclusive Travel LLC is expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Remote Travel Consultants specializing in All-Inclusive Resort Vacations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping clients plan stress-free, luxury travel experiences and are seeking a flexible, remote role with structured training and ongoing support.

Our All-Inclusive Resort Specialists work independently while being supported by an experienced leadership team, proven systems, and established supplier partnerships.

What Youll Do

• Assist clients with planning and booking all-inclusive resort vacations
• Research and recommend resorts based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals
• Coordinate accommodations, resort packages, transfers, and amenities
• Create customized vacation recommendations and itineraries
• Manage reservations, documentation, and travel details
• Provide professional customer service before, during, and after travel
• Complete supplier and destination training related to all-inclusive resorts
• Communicate effectively with clients and team leadership
