Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Travel Consultant to join our team and specialize in Disney vacations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized and customized travel planning services to our clients, ensuring their Disney vacation is magical and stress-free. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to create the perfect Disney vacation package for them. This is a full-time, remote position based in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients planning a Disney vacation, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships

- Understand clients' needs and preferences to create customized Disney vacation packages that meet their expectations and budget

- Utilize your knowledge and expertise of Disney destinations, resorts, attractions, and dining options to make recommendations and reservations for clients

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Disney news, promotions, and offers to provide clients with the best deals and options

- Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing, to provide updates and answer any questions

- Coordinate with Disney and other travel partners to ensure all aspects of the vacation are booked and confirmed

- Manage and maintain accurate records of client information and bookings in our CRM system

- Provide support and assistance to clients during their vacation, including handling any issues or concerns that may arise

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve our services and processes to enhance the client experience

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel consultant, preferably with a focus on Disney vacations

- Knowledge and expertise of Disney destinations, resorts, attractions, and dining options

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

- Proficient in using various communication and booking platforms, such as email, phone, video conferencing, and CRM systems

- Passion for Disney and creating magical experiences for clients

- Availability to work occasional weekends and outside of regular business hours, as needed
