This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping families plan memorable, stress-free travel experiences and are seeking a flexible, remote role with structured training and ongoing support.

Our Family Vacation Specialists work independently while being supported by an experienced leadership team, established systems, and ongoing professional development.

What Youll Do

• Assist families with planning and booking vacation travel experiences
• Research and recommend family-friendly destinations, resorts, and activities
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, and travel details
• Create customized itineraries tailored to family needs and preferences
• Manage reservations, documentation, and timelines
• Provide professional customer service before, during, and after travel
• Complete supplier and destination training related to family travel
• Communicate effectively with clients and team leadership
